Placing an Order
To place an order, simply add your desired item to your cart and proceed to checkout. After your order is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details. Please double-check your order details and delivery address before completing your purchase, as we are unable to modify them after the order has been placed.

Cart Policy: Products on www.studioartcurio.com are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Items are not reserved until you begin the checkout process. Once you’ve started, the item will be held in your cart for 5 minutes, giving you time to complete your purchase.
Sold-Out Items: We take pride in offering unique vintage pieces, each with its own story and charm. While some items may sell out, we occasionally restock certain pieces. For inquiries about restocks, feel free to email us at hello@studioartcurio.com.
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m., typically within 72 hours of being placed. Orders submitted over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday.
Dispatch occurs only after payment verification is complete.
Please note that delays may occur during busy periods or holidays.

If the recipient refuses to pay the applicable taxes and duties or rejects the delivery for any reason, the item(s) will be returned to our warehouse in the United Kingdom. For further details on returns and exchanges, please refer to our policy here.
Please note that duty and sales taxes are non-refundable through ‘Studio Artcurio'. However, you may be able to recover these costs by contacting your local customs bureau directly.
