Shipping & Costs

Deliveries to addresses in the United Kingdom, Europe, Caribbean and the Americas are made by Royal Mail, DHL or DPD carrier, using the most economical route. Shipping costs are calculated by volumetric weight, and are shown at the time of order. All shipping costs indicated on our website are in GBP.

For domestic shipping within the United Kingdom and International addresses, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. All deliveries within the United Kingdom will have local taxes added at checkout. For all international deliveries, shipping pricing excludes local taxes and duties, and are Delivered at Place (DAP- incoterms 2010). Shipping time is usually within 5-12 business days to most US capital cities, and up to 15 business days for international deliveries.

Dispatch

Your order will be dispatched from our warehouse within five to seven business days after your purchase. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an automatic email from hello@studioartcurio.com with the tracking details so you can follow the status of your delivery. Please allow 5-12 working days for delivery via Royal Mail or DHL, DPD Global.

Delivery

Sometimes your delivery will be split by the courier company into partial deliveries of larger and smaller items. Please check the number of pieces on the total delivery to make sure none are missed. If the packaging is damaged, please do not sign the delivery docket and contact our Customer Care team immediately.
